Hi ZbNicholson Thank you for your comments. Its quite true that might respond the same way if push to the wall. Their in that case they act fast in getting the nearest weapon 'violence'. Its not the best but it some times works like in my case and the case you have just sited. If this is encouraged then some parents will end up sending their children to Karaté clubs as a means of building defence for their children. It is Difficult to eliminate bullying and teasing in schools. We can only discourage it. Punish those accuse of the barbaric act and disgrace them infront of the school. My school is a boarding school and we are succeeding in reducing bullying. We have empowered the prefects to do most of the work because they spend most of their time with them through out the term. In some schools students fear prefects than teachers. It happens some times. During every orientation week in my school i present a talk on teasing and bulling to remind old students too that the old system has not died. Thus, it has been a success. Regards Jonas
