Love this question. :-) I would say: look at me now. I've been to almost every continent talking about stuttering in different languages, I teach different languages (without any teaching education or experience, which makes me a natural :-) ), I chat with people from all over the world and my experiences made me into what I am today: living and loving every minute of my life! Than I would ask them what they have acchieved in life. :-) Than I would hug them and thank them for turning me into a fighter, because that's what brings us towards our goals. In fact, I have done all this at a school reunion. Most of them were still living in that small rural village, while I had a story to tell that made them all gather around me, listening, apologizing (and some green with envy...). I have hardly any friends from that time, but a world full of them today. Keep talking. Anita
