Mrs. Anita! I can tell from all the great discussion that your paper has touched many hearts the way it has mine. I am an SLP student at the University of Memphis and am currently enrolled in a fluency disorders class. I feel that reading testimony about real experiences with stuttering, like the amazing one you have written here, provides me with more tools to use in my interactions with PWS than a text book could hope to give. So, for that I thank you! In your paper you wrote that your parents did not treat your stuttering as you wished they might have, simply for lack of information. What would you say are the biggest Do's and Don'ts for parents of a child who struggles with stuttering?
