Anita, I think that it is so important for other people who stutter, who have not encountered this freedom you have, to see that it is possible and attainable. Knowing that someone else who stutters has walked down the same path and succeeded can bring a great deal of hope and encouragement to their lives. I am curious as to what you believe brought you to that drastic point of change. What exactly was it that caused you to "break free?" Was it the frustration of having felt that way for so many years or were you influcenced by someone else's testimony? In addition, do you feel that you could have been just as motivated to be more outgoing earlier in life (if given resources and encouragement) or were life events a necessary part of the process that brought you to that point of change?
