You bring up such an important topic! Self-esteem is an important issue for all children, however children who "are different" tend to struggle so much more. As a grad student in speech-language pathology, I know that advocacy is an important concept. Since you seem to have undertaken a fair share of advocacy work, what do you believe is the most important aspect to remember when in the position as an advocate?
