Hi Anna! It seems that finally people who stutter have found me. :-) And you're right, speaking in a different language is hard for many of us. I stutter more in some other languages as well. but strangly enough, some PWS speak more fluent in other languages... And that's why it's so hard to get a grip on as, as we're so different yet so much alike! If you like to train your languages with people who understand how hard it is to speak another language while stuttering, if you want to meet the most wonderful people in this world and if you want to have a fun time, do come to international stuttering events, as it's so great to meet other people coming from different cultures, speaking different languages and... they all stutter! I work a lot with immigrants and we have a lot of fun (as I'm an immigrant as well) talking about the strange languages we had to learn, funny habits our new country men have and also about rights and disabilities. They don't stutter themselves, but when I open up about my stutter and tell them about me going to yet another stuttering event, they envy me and ask me a million questions. An foreign, unqualified teacher with a stutter and yet being ASKED for this job. How cool is that!!! :-) Keep talking and I hope I'll see you at an international stuttering event. Anita
