Hi Jolene. You are so right! It's hard to talk about something that's still considered being "strange" and which has so many myths around it, but that's even more a reason to start talking about it. What we do is neither strange, stupid or wrong. And it's not something we ARE. Just something we do. Stop ignoring it. It's there! And stop feeling ashamed of something that's not your fault.
