Hi Randi. What caused my change is described in other replies, so please read them as well. Other people made me realize who I was and that I was worth their trust, support and friendship. (I didn't seem to be able to figure that our myself...) To find out that other PWS have a great life depite their stutter. I think I would have been more outgoing earlier in life if I had the support and understanding, but it's hard and of no use to look back and thing what-if. I learned to not turn around. To start changing and living my life today, as we cannot change or relive yesterday. So keep talking. It's worth it... Anita
