So many of us have a "demon" that we are hiding. Something that causes us to be an outcast and makes us become someone who we are not. Only when we hit rock bottom and look around, do we see that the "demon" that has been running our life, isn't a "demon" at all. It's not a fault or an imperfection. It's one of the millions of things that makes us an individual. And it's only when we embrace that trait, that we truly start living life! I love that your life of hard knocks (due to your stuttering "demon") has turned into a true-life testimony to millions! You seem to live life for the pure joy of it and it is so inspirational to see that! As a young graduate student (from Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas), I am just beginning to embrace all of my little idiosyncrasies that make up who I am. I am in need of constant encouragement and motivation. I am so glad that I read your article. I look forward to passing it along to future clients! Thanks for your love of life!
