At first it gave me mixed feelings, as it somehow made it my fault again. But on the other hand, they were right and that made me promise myself and to all of those children and others who don't speak for themselves, to give stuttering a face anda voice. Now I cannot speak for them, as stuttering has numerous faces, but at least I can be an example. If we don't speak up, we can never expect others to understand and help us. On the other hand, it's the responsibility of those taking care of us, to give us the proper help and support and that's where you and this conference come in. To help them find the answers. So please help us, and those near to us, to keep talking. Anita
