Joanie, I like the visual representation, how the child takes ownership by choosing the who, what, when and where, and how s/he can color in each accomplishment. I'm wondering what some of the more unusual choices some of your clients have made in filling out the boxes. You list several good ideas, but I bet there have been some you didn't think of that the child came up with! Judy
