I especially loved the goal of having your adult stutterer give himself the goal of "Stop criticizing myself after I stutter." and charting it. The incidences of "being your own worst critic" becomes so much more tangible when you have to sit and log it. All the better when it's turned around into a positive experience. BRAVO! (embedded question- what kind of ways has your adult stutterer turned it around positively?)
