I learned the importance of using a hierarchy with a PWS and how to implement a hierarchy in therapy successfully. I will definitely add your article to my resources for stuttering therapy! I especially liked how the hierarchy focuses on what the PWS can do and gives the PWS confidence to move on to the more difficult steps.
