Hi, As a grad student, I found that reading this article was very helpful. I was wondering: When working through the hierarchy, how do you determine the time frame for each hierarchy? Is there ever a point where an individual is spending too much time on a situation? If so, what do you do in order to move on to the next if there is a next situation? How do you determine a hierachy for a preschooler?
