I found your article enjoyable to read and valuable to my current clinical situation. I am a graduate student carrying out my practicum in a prison this semester. We just received a client that had a TBI when he was 9 and starting showing signs of dysfluent speech soon after. However, due to his overwhelming language and memory problems, his fluency became overlooked as you mentioned often happens. Do you believe the prognosis for this young man is hindered by the 10 year gap of little or no fluency intervention?
