Nataliya - there is not much data on genetic links in neurogenic stuttering. We have just had an article accepted in the journal of fluency disorders which reports on some survey data - we did collect information on family history and there did not seem to be clear link. I don't think there will be a strong link found as these disfluency problems result from an adult-onset neurological disease. With regard to different types of disfluencies - yes, it seems that different etiologies may result in somewhat different disfluency behaviours. It's too detailed to address that issue here, but I suggest you look at my review chapter in the recently published book by Conture & Curlee, STuttering and related disorders of fluency
