Many thanks JJJudith for yr motherly free medicines,i have suffered alot due to acceptance of AVOIDANCE in my life and i remember avoiding so in Dublin and Croatia. What can i do to prevent my high heart beat and sweating given such stuations eg public speaking? Thanks JJudith
