Hi :) The two most important factors that influneced the therapy was: I was ready to make changes and my SLP completely understood stuttering. We worked on a lot of different things, but the ones I remember were: proprioception of my articulators by use of a delayed auditory feedback (DAF) machine. The therapy with the DAF wasn't about the slowed, yet fluent speech coming out, but the feeling of my lips, tongue and vocal folds and how they were moving during fluent speech. I use a reduced rate to get some sentences on track (basically an easy beginning) and I also was taught a pull-out - which I used quite often until I rarely have to now due to such few blocks.
