I guess it just depends on the situation. For instance, durig one of my first IEP meetings, we went around the room to introduce ourselves. I blocked on my name and, during the block, the psychologist said (while giggling), "What, did you forget your name?" I finished my name, turned to him and said, "No, I stutter and sometimes I'm going to block on sounds." He gasped out an apology and later came to my office in the school and apologized again. Were you thinking of any place specific that would be difficult to advertise?
