Thanks for the question Judy :) In either direction (too hard or too easy), we have a discussion about the choice made - the why especially. The way too easy ones, I just have that be #1 on the hierarchy. Might as well start with automatic success to get things going. The way too hard ones are either put at #10 with the option of changing it out later or is put at a #11 (a bonus round). That way, the full 10 can be accomplished without taking anything away from the feat...and there's something worth shooting for. Plus, there's always the unknown - when I would've come up with my list when I was 20, putting down that I would read a bible passage at my cousin's wedding in front of 200 people would have been on the "impossible" and "no way in hell" part of the list. However, it really happened 2 years later :) So, I believe that, as long as everyone is on the same page, we can put down anything as long as we're willing to go back and adjust based on that pinch of reality.
