Hi Andy, I really enjoyed reading your approach to goal setting. I especially liked your point about wording the goals in a positive way and not narrowing their scope so that percentage of time the client won’t stutter is the main focus. Since you mentioned adapting some ideas from a sports psychology book, I was just wondering if, after goals have been established, you recommend the use of some sports psychology techniques, like positive self talk and/or imagery, to help the client attain his/her goals?
