Interesting question, Caitlin. When I was in Bulgaria, I was provided with a translator at all times, and I was not in a position to attempt to evaluate a person who stutters. Evaluation would need to be done in the language of the client, but you might want to take a look at the videos on this country, of people who stutter in several different languages, and see how much stuttering behavior you are able to pick up.
