Hi Mona- Judith is probably more knowledgeable about this than I am. The only thing I can add is that you should keep your eyes open for local opportunities. Sometimes, local (or even national) foundations or corporations can get on board and will support small projects that will make them "look good." These trips really don't cost a fortune. (In most cases, $10,000 will be enough.) Good luck! Susan
