The worksheet would be very beneficial to anyone who stutters to find things that are able to be changed vs. things that arenít. We canít always dwell on the negative things in life, but need to get our feelings out in the open and to either talk about it or write those things down is an excellent idea. I felt as though writing down things we are good at would be very beneficial in helping a PWS overcome the negative things in life.
