I think this worksheet is a good idea because it is something visual to compare and contrast mastered skills with skills that may need improving. Sometimes we think about these skills in our heads, but might brush it off. When they are presented visually in front of us, we might see an area to focus on and actually do something about it! I was wondering why this worksheet is only for adults? Do you think that teenagers who stutter might benefit from this, too? Why or why not do you think it would/wouldn't work? Thanks!
