I like the idea behind the worksheets. From working with adults, it has been evident that they want to have a part in their therapy and they want to be asked what they feel they need to improve about themselves. This worksheet gives them the oppurtunity to be active in shaping their therapy sessions. In my opinion, when a client is motivated and can see a goal that they created and want to reach it, it gives them the "want" to achieve it.
