Hi there, My name is Patricia and I'm a Masters student of Speech-Language Pathology in NJ. Wow. You've taken on You Tube! Amazing. What I truly appreciate about your piece, is not just the merit of the fight itself- but your insight on being a PWS- giving glimpses into day-to-day problems as well. Telling your audience of problems with what many of us take for granted- ordering food, getting a train ticket...it truly does wonders to "meet" a PWS who is forthcoming with their issues. Like you said, stammering doesn't make for good television or radio- hence, a student like me doesn't get much in the way of being able to observe a PWS in a non-clinical setting. And even then, in a clinic setting such as mine, not many stutterers come in (in relation to other types of clients). So thank you, and please continue posting on You Tube. Hopefully, it'll spark a firestorm of other PWS' to do the same to help others and bring dignity to their "TV" time as well.
