Hi Abby, Thank you for your questions. As I became older, late thirties did I adopt this attitude to my stuttering ("Feel the fear and do it anyway"). Please have a look at the previous questions/comments as regards formal speech therapy....they go into a fair amount of detail? In conclusion I tried formal speech therapy while at university but it did not really help me. Kind regards, Rob
