Hi Kokila Sri, Thank you for reading my paper. As regards your questions-"What type of formal management did you undergo, how long was it and did you find it useful? What type of formal management did you undergo, how long was it and did you find it useful?" I only had formal speech therapy in my early twenties while at University. It was not helpful because they ignored the emotional aspects of speech dysfluency (see previous questions/comments)and put the focus on the mechanics of dysfluency. As previously mentioned....if you want to swim get in the water BY not avoiding stessful situations and standing up in front of a room full of people has been life changing! Although I still slip up and struggle with words...last night had great difficulty saying my name to a stranger, then had a fluent converstion afterwards!! Rob
