Hi Alan, Thank you for reading and responding to my paper....greatly appreciated.Closely linked to what you have been saying in your excellent paper on moving out of your comfort zone. By spending hours lecturing to groups of people my speech has become gretaly improved, to the extent that I am pretty much fluent now! Although telephones, saying my name to strangers, etc...does still keep me on my toes!As regards encouragement to others, am trying to get a support group going at my University. Interesting that so far only one staff member has come forward, no students to date.... I saw on your biography that you are just over the Severn bridge from my place of work! Regards, Rob
