Hi Emily, Thank you for reading the paper and your response....what a great way to finish off the online conference! You have summarised a few key aspects; Communication does not equal fluency....some very slick presenters are terrible communicators.This should give great encouragement to a PWS. Also, sometimes as a PWS we are too hard on ourselves and expect 100% fluency...I sometimes do, which is not always the way to go.Seeing the fluency issue as a whole, ie; emotional and speech mechanics, very important. Finally, the student is often able to learn in a comfortable non- threatening environment, this is often facilitated by the tutor and is more than the imparting of facts! Kinjd regards, Rob
