You're article was very interesting! I am student at New York University and I am taking a fluency course, so reading these personal experiences really brings together everything we are learning. Based on your article you seemed very determined to become fluent. You mention that you used every bone in your body to do so and that YOU found some techniques that temporarily reduced your stuttering/struggling. It seems as though you were doing this alone without any guidance or help. Did you ever join any support groups or see a speech-pathologist or did you come up with techniques to help you on your own? Do you think seeking out help from others would have been beneficial to you or did you prefer to just deal with your stutter on your own?
