Hello, I am a second year grad student in Communication Disorders at MSU, Mankato. It is evident that you have overcome many previously held beliefs about the importance of quitting stuttering and aquiring fluent speech. I am currently taking a counseling class that I love and I was wondering how much counseling your SLPs provided in helping you become so comfortable with stuttering? Or did you come to those realizations on your own? Also, do you have any advice for me related to counseling a person who stutters?
