Hi Ruthie, Thanks for reading my paper and I'm very glad you enjoyed it. Yes, that iceberg analogy at http://www.mnsu.edu/comdis/isad6/papers/hicks6.html is one of the most fundamental concept changes to come along in understanding stuttering in the last fifty years. I wish I had thought of it myself (but I did get the cool iceberg picture!) because that would have made such a HUGE difference in my life growing up. ....
