From: Beth Powell Stuttering has always been of interest to me, however, rarely is it possible to read a first hand experience of neurogenic stuttering. Beth, I'm glad you enjoyed my story, and I"m glad you enjoy my sense of humor. It's refreshing to know that my hemorrhagic stroke has brought enjoyment to someone. You correctly noted one reason for writing the article: To date, I know of no other written firsthand accounts of neurogenic stuttering, and none by an SLP.
