I am a graduate student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and I must agree with everyone else that your story is definitely an interesting one. You said that you found yourself conducting self-therapy. When you first started to experience disfluencies, did you immediately know what was taking place? In other words, did you think right away "Wow. I am experiencing neurogenic stuttering." If not, how long did it take for you to realize that is what was happening?
