Thanks for sharing your story. I also had no idea that an aneurysm could cause neurogenic stuttering. I love that you found humor in your situation. I have an autoimmune disease and humor has gotten me through many difficult times. I am curious about your self therapy. How often did you do it? I think that if I were in the situation I woudl be doing it constantly to try and reduce my stuttering.
