Thanks, Amy. Change is really hard. I liked the article by Ellen-Marie Silverman this year (I think it's listed right below mine). I think she is absolutely right when she states that it is very hard to change yourself if you don't currently like who you are first. If you don't, it becomes a fight against yourself (which you always lose) rather than a journey forward. Take care. Give your daughter a big hug for me. Joe
