Joe, Thanks a lot. I think I may have actually heard you speak once at NSA conference (didn't hear much severe stuttering at all). Yes, you did answer my questions. Regarding "roles" I was just wondering how your position/job influenced your speech and stuttering. It sounded like you were in a helpful position and customers needed your help. So that may have contributed to your enhanced fluency over time. Of course, after you learned your job and knew almost everything after a month...I am sure you were more confident and spoke better. I think that part of the management solution involves self-esteem and confidence developed over time. I mean, we all play different roles in life. 10 years ago, you were a different person (no PhD and felt bad), today you are a professor and life is perfect.
