I first want to thank you for posting such a motivating and stimulating article! I am a first year graduate student, currently taking a fluency disorder class. I noticed that in your article, you use the phrase 'successful communicator'. For you personally, what do you believe to be the most important characeristics in becoming a 'successful communicator'? Are some aspects more important than others?
