Hi Dee. Great question. Would I take the magic stuttering pill? If that pill truly was safe and did not have side effects, yes, I would take it. Stuttering is very frustrating, and it would be very nice not to have to worry about stuttering. At the same time, however, I do view my stuttering as a gift. I have learned a tremendous amount about myself, and am a better, stronger person now than I would have been had I not stuttered. That, I am sure of. I truly understand what it is to be different from other people, and I have learned the real value of making connections with other people, in a way that I think I never would have if I did not stutter. But if a pill as safe as aspirin would completely end my stuttering... yes please... Take care, Joe.
