I thoroughly enjoyed reading your article. It is very interesting to read about the cyclical process of therapeutic change from a first hand point of view. I can see how important it is to come to terms with your own situation before any change can be made. Kudos to you for taking control of your own life and not letting it take control of you. One thing that particularly stands out to me is the advice that the woman at the temp job gave to you. Isn't it amazing how one person can say the right thing in the right way and it can allow you to see things in a whole new light.
