Hi Lisa, thank you for your kind words. I think that being a successful communicator simply means saying what you want, when you want, to who you want. It's about making a connection with someone, being open and honest, and being an assertive speaker and a great listener. I'm not sure which of those are most important, but certainly the number of stuttered words has very little to do with effective communcation. Take care, Joe
