Hi Kristi. I'm not sure all of this happened BECAUSE of that morning, as the morning happened because of many other things prior to that. Journaling can be very powerful, but many people do not like doing it, for whatever reason. It has deeply effected some people that I know, and others have tried it and have gotten little out of it.
