Hi Stephanie. Thanks for the kind words. Actually, the job that hired me as the Customer Service Rep was only the second job that I was on. I do know, though, that after a few weeks at the job, my fluency pretty much leveled off, as the normal anxiety of starting a new job ended... then I had to really continue to work to be as open as possible to be able to continue my improvements in being a good communicator.
