I'd like to thank you for your article. Although I am not a stutterer, I am a CSD student who has a learning disability. Some of your thoughts and worries seem to parallel my own, especially when you said that it could "only be managed, not cured." Did you know when you were ready to take the step and announce that you stuttered? It must have been nerveracking. Now that you no longer use stuttering as an excuse, how has your life changed, careerwise, socially.....? Thank you for such an inspiring article. ~Suzanne
