Wow, Paulette, thank you for your kind words. Many of your questions are more than I can answer here. All that I can say is that you cannot be afraid of working with people who stutter. Accept them, care about them and their families. If you do that, you can do no harm, especially if you do not get to trapped into chasing fluency around and around. Fluency is good. Being able to communicate and feeling valued for what you have to say, regardless of fluency, is even better. Take care, and do good work. Joe
