Hi Christina. Thank you for your kind words. Absolutely, I think the sharing of stories is VERY important in the process of change. Being involved in group therapy was very important and joining the National Stuttering Association/Project was huge. Listening to others tell their stories, which are often very similar to your own stories, is a big part of the change process. Take care, Joe.
