Dear Lori, I enjoyed reading your paper and the fact that you stutter makes it more interesting. Could you please state how long the intensive therapy for adult stutterers takes and advise what is involved in the therapy? Secondly I don’t have access to a SLP and I was wondering if it could help to video myself stuttering several times, play it back and hopefully try and decrease my stuttering at its worst especially working at eliminating secondary behaviours such as head jerking? is this possible?
