I am not qualified to comment on approved or available therapies, but can comment on my own success, in that I have used video recording equipment, costal breathing exercises, confidence building, and positive thought process into promoting definite pauses into my sentences. In cluttering as is with most conditions, it is imperative that the person is aware of their own condition and has got to “want” to help themselves by approaching therapists. The prevalence of males to female ration at this time is not quantified as there is very little data on the subject and as I have replied in previous posts, not enough is known about the condition for people to understand or be diagnosed if they have a problem with cluttering.
